Reflective AV are kept in my highest regard after the project they undertook at my family home. For a piece of work that seemed unmanageable to myself and most other home improvement centres Steve and the team undertook a perfect solution with seamless professionalism and quality. For me, the biggest piece of the job was the trust I could put in someone to improve the automation and quality of living within my home. From initial design and specification build I could tell the team knew everything about the plans they were going to put in place. The communication throughout also meant that there were no surprises when it came to completion with all systems and designs fitting the bill and more of what I required. Upon completion I would also want to commemorate Steve on the full after sales training and support he offered. Not knowing how to use my home improvement systems to their full potential was a concern but come the end of the project I received the exact individual attention I needed, again exceeding my expectations. A truly great service that I have since recommended to a number of friends and family who have been equally impressed with the outcome of the collaborative ideas we had. I look forward to working with Steve and the team again come the need for installation of high-end technology in my new offices. Josh
