An extremely helpful and professional business, from reception and the technicians. Kept well informed of progress of repair. Communicated with my insurers and care hire company, such that the administration from my part was as good as non existent. More than pleased.

Impossible to find the place, had to guide me in as they are buried in a small side road, which they could have advised when I booked the car in. As for Covid care, no sanitisation in sight in my car when I picked it up, even though I asked the guy who didnt reply. Keys and pens to sign all picked up by many, no sanitisation. Had to use the mens toilets, again no sanitisation plus no toilet roll. Please don't think you are getting anywhere the customer service or care that you get from the showroon in Christchurch, as you'll be in for a big surpise like me. Note to head office on it's way
