I have found all of the staff and therapists very friendly and welcoming. It means the world that they recognize me and remember my name. The set up of the waiting area is nice, and having the radio on is very good for distraction. The rooms are nice, and I think the clinic does everything to make what can be an incredibly stressful experience, as calm as possible.
