I love the staff at Ives and Shands. They were great when my dad died. What I like most about them is that they have time. They are extremely professional...you can take that for granted, but nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, and they listen.

Our dearest Mum died in January 2014. We were all devastated. Mum and Dad had talked previously about where they wanted to be buried and had organised a beautiful plot at Harbour View. Marcella was there to organise everything and comfort all of us. The service itself was beautiful, just what Dad had wanted. I cant thank her enough for everything she did for us all. I would recommend Ives and Shand to everyone. Thank you Marcella

I went to Ives and Shand from a recommendation and I turned up stressed, upset and confused on what needed to be done with my fathers funeral. I had very little monies and could see no light at the end of the tunnel. I was met by a lady called Marcella who instantly put me and my brother at ease. They sorted out everything from flowers, cards, limo's, music absolutley everything! they allowed me to set up a very reasonable payment plan at no extra cost and the service is without doubt the best i could have possibly asked for!! this is the 3rd funeral that my family have used them for but my first experience with arranging one and they made it very simple with no stress at all.
