Looked around. No help offered but I didn't mind that Chose a trainer and tried to buy it. No interest in a very quiet shop. I was told someone would come down from upstairs. They didn't. 5 mins later I left. Several customers not wearing face masks. Staff appeared indifferent to everything including this.

Visited a couple of weeks ago to purchase a gift for my son and was assisted by a lovely young girl who I think was called Ashley? The size I wanted wasn’t available and she found the last one out the back. I was so happy I almost burst into tears! I offered to buy her a kfc as it was lunchtime but she was very polite and told me not to worry. This girl deserves recognition for her fab service!!

The staff here are mostly brain-dead and are incapable of basic communication let alone courtesy or manners. I asked for a different size shoe and never saw the chap again to see he was serving someone else. I asked the chap what happened and he said he had left the shoes I didn’t need behind the counter for me. I asked another chap for a different colour to be told the size was out of stock he needed to be prompted to offer me to order online. He checked the computer then more or less walked off. I went to speak to the manager and was immediately directed to the company complaints line. He refused to give me his name and probably the most dismissive of the lot. What chance to the kids in the store have being led by such a useless individual. Maybe this is just a sign of the times. How sad.
