When we decided to extend our home, it was a new process for us completely. From the minute we spoke with Graham for an initial conversation he gave us so much reassurance and advice on what we could achieve with our budget and what was possible. He took care of the planning process for us completely and as there were some issues raised by neighbours he dealt with this quickly and they were resolved, which was great. He kept in touch every step of the way, and we felt he had a handle on everything on our behalf. Thank you, you’ve made the first part so simple for us, I would happily recommend Graham and JOLP to anyone about to embark on a project.
