My sister used this company to fit her hall, stairs and bedroom. The results were terrible. Under measured with a piece of carpet added that is a different colour. There are lines where extra carpet has had to be added because it was measured up short and so looks like two different carpets put together. When they entered the house with the carpet they bashed and scraped the paintwork quite badly. My sister called to complain and was shouted at down the phone by the owner saying she was being unreasonable. She asked my father to call which he did and subsequently he was shouted at in the same way. I will leave the photos here as they speak for themselves although I will say that in real life the results look far worse. If the owner had been understanding and not aggressive when my sister called with her concerns and instead had done his upmost to rectify the situation then even though it was a shoddy job it could have been fixed and forgiven and I would not be writing this review right now.

Great customer service. Fitting was amazing and all my floors look superb. My friend next door got hers done by a larger store and there is no comparison, quality of my floor looks beautiful. Don't go anywhere else. The headline figures from other highstreet shops was completely different by the time they add on all the other costs. Very pleased. Thank you Tom and Carol

Best flooring company in the area. Professional, friendly and very good prices. Nothing was to much hassle and worked around a time scale that suited me. Would highly recommend.
