We visited many kitchen designers and suppliers in Dorset and Hampshire and after a lot of research we selected Kitchen Elegance in Poole to design and supply our new Leicht kitchen. I have to say it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with such a talented & professional company and we are absolutely delighted with our newly fitted kitchen. Jason, our designer is incredibly talented and his kitchen design is exceptional. What's more he managed the entire project seamlessly so that the kitchen came in on time and budget. Mark, our kitchen fitter was equally impressive and his attention to detail and carpentry skills resulted in an impeccable installation.

I ordered ONE CUPBOARD from this company to fit in with the existing kitchen of my new home, in JANUARY. They demanded payment upfront to which I complied. Big mistake. Since then I have been messed around and the cupboard still isn’t complete. After chasing this company up I have finally been told today that the remaining part will arrive on Monday. If it finally does arrive, it will have taken 4 months for this company to supply one cupboard!!! I am disappointed in the response from K E to my review. Typically, they blamed the supplier when a member of their own team told me that my cupboard had been lying in their warehouse for weeks!!! I repeat, once they have your cash they forget about the customer.

I bought a very expensive kitchen from Kitchen Elegance and I am so pleased with it but more importantly was the way the company dealt with a couple of issues. They came back good as their word, and spent nearly a whole day getting things exactly how I wanted them before leaving. I was very impressed, as they could have just left it as I didn't insist. Job Well Done. Thank you.
