Ordered item on 14th April now 29th and still not arrived have emailed and used contact us with no reply also phoned 2 different tel numbers and left message. Finally got response to say item was sent out a while ago and should be with me today. provided with parcel force tracking number which shows item only sent out 2 days ago. Correspondence could be better but finally got my item today. Gave 3 stars but hopefully from looking at other reviews this is just a one off delay as seems out of character.

I've found the staff at Poole fall over themselves to be as helpful as they can, nothing seems to be too much trouble and they are exceedingly polite and friendly, and go out of their way to help with any equipment problems encountered by their customers. It's also very refreshing to find that, thus far, they have supplied everything I required at very reasonable prices and not massively inflated as in most other chandlers. When I need anything I always call Trickett marine first, and have not been disappointed and without question, I will definitely continue to do so. Sincerely, Eric Shearing.
