I like McDonald's food - this branch just does not give a toss about it's deliveries. You order a 20 pc Nugget box - sauces missing. You order a vanilla milkshake - chocolate arrives. You order a Double bacon McMuffin - you get sausage. Today I have just finished a 10 hour Night shift, I wanted a pancake sausage meal with extra bacon - surprise surprise, no sausage. Employees, I'm sorry - your job might be stressful but it sure as Hell is not difficult, for Christ sake just read the orders thoroughly before you whack out whatever you fancy to My delivery driver.

Turned up at 10.45 as the group wanted a split menu both breakfast and lunch, staff were friendly and welcoming hidden behind the usual mask. Got shown to the table and the place was fairly empty, an unusual occurrence for aa Sunday morning. Was sat upstairs and they have segregated areas off so people are kept safe in this time.

Not disabled friendly. I am absolutely disgusted! I just found out my son who had 3 Autistic children went to McDonald's to eat in their restaurant after buying ALL their Xmas presents on at B&M, on the same site/car park, has fined for being 15mins over time limit. Both stores REFUSED to help & now the site operating the site has been offered to reduce fine to 10. I am boycotting ALL stores on this site from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First the special order burger for my daughter with wheat & gluten allergies was incorrect having had the bun on it and cheese !!! Secondly another main was missing but this was not noticed until we were home. I called and spoke to the female \manager\ who said they would refund the entire order as good will but would need to drive up there to process it. When I arrived a male \manager\ was not there and refused, only refunding the missing meal, after explaining that I had to share my main meal with my wife as hers was missing. Total lack of customer service - absolutely shocking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
