Rude staff over the telephone. We will never use this place again. Called for update on delivery, was told a few minutes, but 20 minutes later still no delivery so called again and was told the same. Still no order after a while. Order eventually arrived but was wrong. When trying to call again then was ignored until we called from a different number only to be told to f*** off over the phone after we explained the order was wrong. We didn't mind having a late delivery, only just wanted an accurate update. But then on top of wrong updates the order was wrong too. A minimum of customer service would have gone a long way and made us feel better. But no, we were told to f*** off over the telephone and hung up on. Lovely!

Now, I'm not judgemental to anybody doing a job or trying to earn a living particularly during the pandemic. However, when a delivery driver does not read instructions regarding a delivery then why are they delivery drivers? The address was flat 3, number 1 but the delivery driver rings me outside of number 3 church road. I opened the window to swearing and shouting from delivery driver advising he couldnt find my address. I told him the address was around the back but the delivery driver became hostile and abusive, refusing to deliver my food. Of course, I also then became hostile but the delivery driver took the food back to clearly go to waste. I don't care what nationality you are, or anything else for that matter but it really doesn't take much effort to be polite. If the driver was struggling, then why not ring me in a polite manner rather than hostility. Where I live, its very clear what is number 3 and what is number 1 and then also very clear to where flat 3 was, its clearly written in chalk and pen on the wall next the the house. No other delivery drivers have struggled so much with delivering and none have ever sworn and been so abusive. I will never order again.
Online it said the shop was open. I have paid online to then receive a text telling me its shut and I will receive a refund in 3-5 days not happy!
Awesome food once again! Best kebabs in Poole
On holiday in the area at the moment so decided to try a local Kebab shop. Ordered online and drove down there, very clean shop nicely laid out and incredibly friendly staff. The food was quick, fresh tasting and very reasonably priced. My wife, who likes a good kebab, said it was possibly the best kebab she's ever had! Will certainly have another if we are ever in the area again.
only decent thing now is the chips and burger sauce
Nearly over hour late chips soggy cold soft kebab cold wont be ordering again from them.
