Had my parcel delivered to an address 352 miles away and was signed for by someone at that address, rang and spoke to a lovely hopeful customer service advisor and explained it was my sons main Christmas present, she took all my details and.callwd me back within 15 mins and explain that the tracking numbers had been mixed up ( it happens) and that the persons whos parcel was on the way to me was in fact the same product that I ordered so was soon sorted out Christmas was saved

Bought products for.my father for Xmas and after 2.Weeks I contacted them only to find out that there couriers had delivered the product to some unknown name and address. After a few calls and emails trying to resolve the issue Mucc off said they would send me another one. Another week passed and they did the same again. If it wasn't for myself contacting them and only then giving me the tracking details then I wouldn't have realised it had been delivered wrong again. After chasing it up with the courier myself I have finally got my package only to find all of the inside all destroyed. I am still waiting for them to get back to me about this but clearly couldn't be bothered. Will not be buying from them again.
