Just got off the phone to these people. Asked to book an emergency appointment and they started asking me about Covid 19 symptoms. I am a frontline worker in need of help due to a raging toothache. I work for the NHS and a private company carrying out PCR testing for Covid 19. I (honestly and foolishly) replied that I am waiting for test results for Covid 19. Test results that are a routine check to make sure I am not infected or have the opportunity to infect clients. I explained that I am not symptomatic and this is merely company policy. I was put on hold and then (wrongly) told I would need to show them the results. I tried to reason with the rather rude receptionist only for her to put me on hold and never to return to the line. Avoid at all costs. If they are going to ask to see my results even though I have no symptoms then surely they should ask every customer to provide a negative test? They should at least have the decency to listen to their customers if they are going to pull their pants down when they charge them for their services

Have had an issue with my crown. Will kot accept us due to being with NHS and not being booked uneven though we scheduled twice since February to book in and they cancelled us twice.
