I honestly don't know where to begin! We placed our first ever order with this particular takeaway. It arrived 25 minutes late, which was appalling to start with. The meal themselves were inedible. The chips were completely stone cold, as if left out, for hours. The burger buns were not only burnt, but charcoaled. Some of the chips had clumps of what we thought were large insects, but my husband confirmed they were burnt chips. There was no relish (which we ordered). The burger itself looked like mush, and was clearly under cooked. No way on this earth were we going to eat any of our meals. Never in our lives have we ever had such a terrible takeaway experience. The chap that delivered it even failed to apologise for being so late. I tried forever to get through to them on the phone-but to no avail (it just kept ringing; I tried again and again, for over an hour, but nobody was picking up). Even though we were both really hungry, we were left with no option other than to throw the lot in the food waste caddy. Never again would we order from this awful place. I will expect a full refund to be issued, following this diabolical experience. We have taken images of the meal, and forwarded them on to friends, and they were horrified by what they saw. All they could say is it's a good job you didn't eat any of the meals. I won't repeat what else they had to say.

Soo disappointed, ordered a 15 piece chicken meal with a couple of extras , I received 15 chicken patties Waisted 28 will never be ordering from here again

Visiting Poole and passed this on way back to b&b. Wife fancied a pizza and me a kebab ... sorted. Non stop busy .. says all you need to know. Mainly deliveries but some shop sales. We scoffed the lot .. well stuffed. Not the best ever (I've eaten kebabs in many places) BUT definately worth going to and I would go back if ever in the area again. Note to guys in the store, chilli sauce was great. Told you not all Brits like it sweet .
