I asked them to keep something for 3 days and they instantly believed I would come back for them and they only are allowed to keep it for 24 hours and I want to also say there was a lady who is very slim and tall many thanks to her an excellent service from her I didn't get her name but she works in the poole branch thank you so much she really knows how to keep customers happy thank you once again

I was here with my better half and she was able to find the the bits she wanted without any problems, the staff were friendly and helpful, overall an easy shopping experience.

Went here, to Poole, after the Bournemouth branch didn't have the size I was looking for and coming home, checking on the website - lots in stock. Arrived at New Look, Poole and none in stock. Assistant checked but no, not happy!!

I spent a really long time looking for the perfect jeans and finally found them in my budget. I went to pay and later checked my receipt to find I was charged 10 more for two of the jeans I brought. So I went back and was hoping for this to be resolved only to find that I was told its FROM 15 however on the rack ALL the jeans were 25, I understand if they were different prices but they were all the same and I was completely misled. The option the manager gave was I could only return or keep them. Not happy with the service from the "manager" who didn't give me any other discount for the misleading sign, it's their job to check all their products are on the correct priced racks. All that was done was he took off the sign! And carried on chatting away to the other worker. So I didn't hesitate to return them as I was completely put off by the poor service.

Like some off the clothes in this shop The new layout and design is a little bit all over the place and I always find the shop to crammed, there is not a lot of space to walk round properly so therefore you don't really get to see all their clothes. Little bit frustrating. A person in a wheelchair would struggle round this shop.
