No school uniform which was disappointing but they were SO GREAT with how they delt with us returning our stuff! Great staff and made a bad day a lot better, lots of choice for kids aged 1-8 and 20

A very small store. Bought an item online which is not as expected. I was given a 'gift card' as a refund but it won't work online. Have to go back as web chat says I should have been refunded. Pricey for the quality. Children's clothes sale is great though.

Super friendly staff which creates a nice atmosphere in the store and has a good clothing range available. The next day to store free delivery is very useful if you can't get hold of a size option or anything in the catalog that isn't stocked - I work locally so can just pop in on lunch break.

Lots of choices (for casual, formal, work) and the staff is helpful. There are 2 in Poole but yet they are completing each other (for stock particularly)
