All is good until you have an issue. We made 3 complaints about the poor build quality and they just ignore you. A simple quality control check at their factories would stop these poor quality issues from being delivered to customers. Have a close look at the showrooms its very apparent with I'll fitted parts.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH OAK FURNITURELAND!!! I bought mattress for myself as I have a serious issue withpack pain. They help me to choose the best one for me, even push me to buy 5 years insurance on it. Explained me that any small problem they will help. Well after 6 months of purchase, the mattress starts changing shape and you can see a masive cavity. Tryed to resolve the issue with Oak. They send someone to investigate and..... I just heard that the cavity its not that deep, that they will deal with my complain when cavity will get deeper. So I am paying insurance on it and ehat I can do its just wait... I AM NOT HAPPY. AVOID THEM!!! DONT BY INSURANCE ON ANYTHING.

We waited for 4 and a half months for the sofas to be delivered and then the delivery guys left all the packaging in my front garden for us to dispose of. I would never buy from them again!

All the items we have bought have been fine and we are very happy with . But doesn't seem to be a real sale ? Just appears to prompt their stuff that way. To get you in quick to buy ? as you could think you were missing a good deal ? If not by on a certain date, I would only buy from there if happy with what you wanted. As prices high other wise .just our view .
