Visited this outlet this morning to purchase a leather conference folder and some clear plastic sleeves. I was greeted the minute I walked through the door and shown to the area of the store that I needed. They didn't have any individual sleeves but one of the team members offered to look for some for me. I was shocked to be offered a small amount at no charge as they were already open and would have been thrown away. Based on this service I purchased more goods than I intended. World class service. Oredered 3D Crystal as needed for a gift they said max 7 normally 5 working days after 10 days still nothing!!!! Had a call that they missed order... asked how many orders for crystal they had - just 1 hmmm great job!!!!!!
