Normally I can't fault the place but be mindful of how you dress. If like me you pop i wearing jeans trainers before your new forest treasure hunt expect to be treated like you can't afford their products and don't bother emailing there customer service to express your upset they can't be bothered either!

Lovely lady served me, although sales not great. I had asked to see the gold charms, and I was questioned a few times on this before the sales assistant went to get them. She told me that we would have a look at the prices first in the book as the charms were in the safe. And at this point she had not asked to see my own bracelet and I thought to myself that I could have just stayed at home and looked online if this were the case. I ignored the book and prices, she then got the charms out, there were about 5 gold charms and a couple of bracelets on a half tray. I picked the ones I liked then I was presented them on a serving tray. The tray was left locked inside of the counter. I do understand that the gold is higher value, but a gold charm would actually cost less than a full bracelet that someone might try on for sizing. She kept asking me what the occasion was, to which I answered several times that there was no occasion and I wanted to treat myself. I felt that she didn't believe me. Not the best Pandora experience I've had. It felt rushed, and I ended up not buying anything, when I had had in mind that I wanted to purchase the crown. The store was busy and perhaps would have benefited from having more staff.

Just been into shop, the young lady who assisted me had excellent manner. Provided me with a chair and was so helpful. Only managed to buy 2 off my list but she took time to explain why. I would wait to be served by her again.

Go because all family think their charms are lovely. Expensive for silver jewelry and am sure novelty will wear off soon when they realise the 100s on their wrists and hands are worthless
