I've been seeing Teresa for a few months, after injuring my arm in a fall. Not only is my arm now pain free, my back is straighter, my posture improved, and I have a wealth of exercises and tools to help any niggles I may have. I am feeling physically better than I have in years. Definitely money well spent.

Teresa was able to book me in very quickly, made me feel really comfortable and was able to relieve some of my pelvic girdle pain (at 35 weeks pregnant) in our first session which made me a lot more comfortable walking and sleeping immediately. I wish I had addressed my pain earlier and recommend Parkstone chiropractic clinic, especially for prenatal for those who may be nervous about finding a suitable practitioner. Really appreciate the help making these last few weeks more comfortable and will definitely continue if I need further support postnatal.

I can highly recommend this clinic. My dodgy hip turns out to be a muscle tightness and pain in my shoulder, muscle as well. Thank you to Teresa for your professionalism, expertise and showing me the exercises to do at home. At 55 Ive never felt so good, pain gone and flexibility back like my younger days.

My son went for baby Chiropractic session when he was 3 weeks old. Jason was on hand to welcome us in and kindly hold doors and make space for the pram. Teresa did the treatment and was amazing, very attentive and allowed us plenty of time for feeding and nappy changes in between the treatment. We went back again when he was 5 weeks old for a follow up as they had been so brilliant.
