Very pleasant Shop and staff , have Been twice now both times very helpful, and both times bought a loco which needed a chip fitting and was done while I waited and a discount given , on a secondhand item , without even asking , would recommend this shop to anyone in the area , far better all round then the shop in holdenhurst Road .....

I really love this shop. It's tiny but it has loads of stuff and the people know just what you're looking for. Prices are good, always something interesting on offer, very good at ordering stuff if not in at the moment. A little off the beaten track, but worth the detour to pick up cheap petrol at the Sainsbury's nearby! No, seriously, it's worth the trip. Particularly if you're N gauge like me. XXX

I cannot praise the owners enough for their assistance of helpful advice and guidance. I have returned to railway modelling in retirement and I am busy building an N gauge layout for me and my grandchildren and this little shop in Poole has always the bits I need or will order it for me.Well worth a visit when you come to Poole or pass through it on your breaks.

Brillant shop great staff who offer genuine trusted advice have nice stock at a very good prices and pay you a fair price if you wish to trade your items in. And if you cant see the item you want in the store they will see if they Can order it in. Cant speak highly enough of this shop 10/10...out of the few model railway shops i have been to in bournemouth and poole this is by far the Best for your model railway needs...will use Platform models from now on.
