I've been doing Aerial classes with Polz Apart for the best part of two years now, and they're one of the highlights of every week. Zea and Marcie are awesome teachers and I've learnt way more than I thought I could! My strength has improved loads and apparently I have a smaller waist now so that's an unexpected win!
Absolutely love going to the classes each week I look forward to Thursdays at Poole Dolphin... always learning new and different things and the instructors are always so friendly.... I would recommend the classes to anyone.... My confidence has improved from this and I’ve met some great friends there. Thanks you Polz Apart
Started doing pole last July. Taken some time to begin getting to grips with the moves, but thoroughly enjoy each class. All coaches are very encouraging & supportive - literally sometimes! Love it.
Have been a couple of times to beginners pole and really enjoy it! Can’t wait to learn more skills. Everyone is really friendly and encouraging, I’m really pleased I decided to take up pole with polz apart and will definitely be continuing! :)
