Staff are really nice and friendly, but facility needs to be updated, such as toilet, shower etc.

We visited the swimming pool to find dirty, outdated changing rooms. The family changing room had overflowing nappies and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days so I didn't feel comfortable changing my baby. When we went in the baby pool it was so cold, my daughter started shivering straight away which she has never done before in other pools. In fact, it was so cold even I had to get out after 5 minutes. It also didn't help with the older children jumping and messing about in the BABY pool, to which the lifeguard didn't seem bothered. Overall it was a wasted visit and wasted money on the car park and entering the pool. We were in and out within 15 minutes.
