Like other reviews here I placed an order on line, the next day I got an email to say they were out of stock of the item and will be refunded. Why do they take orders for items not in stock, stock levels should be live. Other online retailers manage to do this. I emailed them to express my frustration but so far have not had a reply. In their email they didn’t even bother to apologise. Not good service, will never return.

Terrible customer service!!! While being served the man brushed me off to answer the phone, apologised then did the same again within a minute, leaving me half way through a sentence. I visited after checking the website for a item marked as in stock and it wasn't in stock. What a waste of time! If you want anything call first rather than being a paying visiting customer as customers are second to phone calls. Will be going elsewhere for my supplies
