Will not be using again. These guys add an extra few lines of advisories into your MOT if you have any sort of trim on your engine or under your car, which will not be an advisory from any other garage, as mine hasn't for 9 years now. You should also not spend any more money on the service plans they offer, all I have on my receipt is that they did an oil and filter change, which is on their lowest level of service, no indication anything else happened. They could easily have done a bronze level service and taken the money for a gold. Also, they allow unmasked people into their reception area, and when I went in there it was packed.

Avoid!!! I went there for new tyres fitting and they damaged the painting on my nearly new rims! Really disappointed!!! :-(

Fantastic garage. Very helpful, friendly and efficient. They never rip anyone off either!! I had recently bought a car and was going on a long journey. I booked the car in to get the brakes replaced as tbeu were squeaking and didn't seem as though they were working properly. They could easily have charged me for replacing the brakes but they said they didn't need doing, they had been done pretty recently. They tool all the wheels off and properly cleaned the brakes all out and checked them over and only charged me the hour labour as all it was was the brake dust and dirt. Jobs a good un! Also, My mum took her car in to have the clutch replaced. She was told she would get it back Xmas eve as they're fully booked and only had a slot on the Wednesday as it's roughly a 6 hour job. She also wanted an mot and full service. On Tuesday they called to say it had all been done! Another happy customer. We won't go anywhere else.

Cant book a slot you have to go and wait . Was told a hour and a half so left my car came back two and a half hours later and car was still not done. For a big company I found there service poor at best . Wont be going back they just didn't seem very professional.

The service received was good the guys I spoke to were nice and polite and kept me updated with the job that they were carrying out on my vehicle a honda civic 8th gen, my only complaint is that after leaving the garage a mile down the dual carriage way heading towards Bournemouth town, my under tray fell loose and scraping like crazy all the way to Boscombe, the noise was so loud and distracting plus embarrassing I would've gone back if I didn't have an appointment. That's the only reason I'm giving a four star rating!
