This storage company was great, easy location to get too, also the staff were friendly and helpful. I used the storage for 4 months and I had access to my unit 24/7. When I left the unit all I needed to do was give 14 days notice and collect my belongings within that time. It was a great experience overall my belongings were absolutely fine no loss or damage. Highly recommended!

I've been using this storage in Wallisdown off and on for 3 years or more and always always without fail get 10 ************* service everytime. Nick and Ross are always willing to give advice and help and always with a smile and very polite , I really can't say enough about this storage facility it's always clean and tidy and social distancing strictly adhered to what more could you ask for from a storage facility. If you have anything to store this is most definitely 100 million percent to lace to choose... Well done again Nick Ross for always giving great advice and I will continue to use for many years to come.

Efficient method of storing your posessions for a house move. Good points: Parking, security all good. Staff were helpful checking in. The Enterprise van rental offer can almost pay for a week or 2 so check that out (excess protect costs extra but is worth it) Could be improved: Trolleys are a nightmare to control in the slim corridors, single lift is quite slow, PIN didn't work on day 1 luckily someone else was there, one of the rear doors was stuck shut one day and an idiot parked directly in front of the other one despite the floor markings. Bollards further out would be useful.

So happy with this service, they were so helpful and professional. Due to Covid restrictions I just had to sit back and they took care of it all, making sure the delivery guys packed the unit correctly and moved it out and into our new office. I didn't even need to be there apart from the initial viewing of the unit. Would 100% recommend this company to take care of your stored property.
