Popped in for a meal today, table of 6 1 dog. Fantastic implementation of SD policy. Attentive service and great food. Wil definitely be back to see you again.

Popped in for a drink, saw people eating fish and chips which looked really nice. I decided to order some and the meal was really delicious, crispy chips and very tasty fish. I can highly recommend their Sunday roast as well, terrific value. Will definitely visit again.

What can I say. Walked in Friday afternoon around 4pm fir drinks. Felt like we were getting in the way. No smile on arrival just told to read the sign re COVID. Sat inside but were told we’d have to leave by 5.30,however as we were only people in there hard to see how at 5.30 it will suddenly have been full! Whilst having a drink 3 other couples tried to come in but no one around to welcome them so they left. Well the barman was there but more interested in his phone than looking out for customers. Nice building poor staff. Left after one drink and had a nice friendly beer at the Portsmouth Hoy in the quay. So much for the struggling hospitality sector we keep hearing about.

Last minute booking and definitely made right choice. Lovely food. Had fish cakes,chunky chips and salad. Couldn't fault it.
