Have used rumsey to hire the same flat for several year now, and have never been disappointed. Currently key pick up is "covid friendly", to minimise contact. The place we hire, while a little dated, is very clean and pleasant, with amazing views. My only major criticism would be that it has the cheapest carpet know to man!
