We are utterly delighted with our new Schmidt kitchen. The Schmidt Poole team were a delight to work with from the very first meeting. Very creative and professional. The design evolved over 2-3 meetings into a beautiful, timeless design that made the very most of a small area. Schmidt Poole procured, delivered and installed everything. The installation team constantly looked for ways to ensure the design worked in reality and cleaned up every night so that the inevitable disruption was kept to the bare minimum. The installation was complete well within their original time estimates and we have had no problems at all since. We chose Schmidt for their quality and unique design features that allowed us to gain more storage space from fewer cabinets. We also wanted a kitchen that would last at least 25 years - both in terms of design and quality. We are confident we have achieved that, along with the associated value for money. As Schmidt Poole is a local company, we can (and do) maintain regular contact.

The second kitchen in my current project. The silver cabinets look great with the black quartz worktop and led lighting. Schmidt have been fantastic helping me achieve my vision. Great service from the start to finish. Nick talked us through several designs and listened to the kitchen that we wanted while flourishing with his own design detail and little added gadgets that his experience has garnered. When it came to the fitting, we had some problems with the underfloor (not Schmidt's fault I hasten to add) which meant a delay in the fitting. This could have been a huge set back but Schmidt were really understanding and worked around the delay. The fitters were really friendly with superb attention to detail. As to be expected with a big project like a kitchen there were a couple of small glitches, but these were swiftly dealt with with no fuss. We are really pleased with the kitchen and would definitely recommend Schmidt Kitchens.

We had been looking for a new kitchen for the past two years but each time we failed to purchase as we couldn't find the quality we wanted. We called into Schmidt Poole in the early New Year and spoke with Matt who we found to be extremely professional and informative about the product and before we had left the showroom we had decided to purchase. We then had a meeting with Nick who again was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about kitchen design, he took time with us to ensure we were happy with the finished design. The kitchen has now been fitted by Tim who did an excellent job. In summary, a great company to do business with, an excellent quality product with great customerservice.
The Poole Schmidt team have been excellent throughout our project from design through to installation. We had been progressing designs elsewhere until I wandered into the Schmidt showroom, as I happened to be passing. The sales pitch I received was professional and personal with the focus on giving us the kitchen that would work for our family. We are thrilled with the end result: modern, simple and elegant. We love the deeper units that allow additional drawers and the Schmidt signature drawer stack that provides ample storage and has been a fantastic modern replacement for our old pantry. Fit by Tim and Jonathan was timely, precise, clean and tidy - they were excellent and respectful of our home throughout the fitting. Matt's personal attention to quickly resolve any (minor) issues to ensure the installation was spot on, was amazing. Schmidt sell German design, efficiency and precision. We have not been disappointed with our choice and would definitely recommend Poole Schmidt.
