Well first visit, and absolutely the last! Rude staff and picked up the some wood only to have it took off us by a staff member who needed it for a delivery. Can't believe in was in our hands and pulled out and denied our rightful purchase. I grabbed my receipt an was told off for taking it too soon, despite the transaction being complete You need to take a long hard look at customer relations especially in these difficult trading time an as stated we will never be back an will activately advise to anyone I know to trade else where Up your game
