Very rude and unhelpful attendant when the barrier wouldn’t lift at the exit, having paid the correct parking fee

Standard multistorey carpark adjacent to shops plus single storey parking at ground level.
Parking was ok sadly alot of the shops are closing down
Leave the car at home and catch the bus. On second thoughts shop on line and do something you want to with the time saved!!
A car park designed by people who hate cars. Probably thought that they could encourage the use of narrower bicycles.
