Came here for an eye test as needed a check up. I was greeted at the door where the covid-19 protocols were in place. From the moment I entered I was treated with excellent customer service and the eye test itself was superb. I had never been to this particular Specsavers before but I am glad I did. Excellent and I would most definitely recommend!

Went with broken reading glasses, was told they couldn't be repaired, asked if I had super glue to repair them myself, because I had lost my new prescription form,could not get another one until my next eye test. Was told to go to boots to get a cheap pair. A journey completely a waste of time.

Absolutely first class service, and extremely covid aware with plenty of precautions in place. All staff I came in contact with were polite and extremely helpful. 10 stars deserved.

Easy parking at sainburys. Have change on you. Good social distancing. Have to wait & your called it.sanitizer .Wear a mask.Professional eye tests & polite staff.
