Recently visited for the first time and even with all the current restrictions and issues, I found every member of staff I dealt with to be extremely professional and helpful. the initial booking in and screening was done quickly and efficiently. Raven who took me through for the initial tests, explained the tests thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable before the tests commenced. After I was handed over to the Optometrist Josh, I had probably one of the best experiences I've had in over 25 years of wearing glasses. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel re-assured about my eye health as well as explaining in depth the changes that had occurred with my eyes. It was an extremely pleasant and well managed experience from start to finish.

I went today for a routine eye test and from the start I was welcomed very warmly by a young girl named raven, she did my pre eye test and explained step by step what was happening and the reasons for the tests. the optician was very polite and caring and wanted the best for me. the young girl that took my money and showed me my glasses ( sorry didn't catch her name ) she was very polite and went through options and explained to me about what type of glasses i need. she was very knowledgeable and caring with a good sense of humor . i cannot fault a single thing today

I came here this afternoon after my son broke the arm of his glasses during P.E, Winton branch didn't have the correct design so sent me over to Alder Hills on the off chance. We spoke to Paul and I have to say he was absolutely fantastic! They didn't have the right design either but instead of sending me elsewhere, he got straight on to his colleague who happened to be at the Boscombe store and asked him if they had a pair there and to bring them back with him. He was professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble despite being busy. I was so impressed with his customer service, he is a true credit to the company. He deserves a big bonus!
