Student Roost have treated my son appallingly during this crisis. I would urge you to check trust pilot to see how this firm operates. The staff on site are great, but the company is only in it for the money. Corporate greed at it's finest! I would give them zero stars if I could....

Corfe itself and the staff are lovely but their lines of communication with Student Roost are completely disconnected and the company is only in it for the money. They pretend to care about the mental health of students but in the Covid-19 crisis they've only done the minimum that makes them look good enough to pretend they're providing support. When it comes to individual cases and truly caring about the people living in these accomodations they go completely by the book and have no humanity.

Very good and safe stay, hostel for students from different international communities too. Rooms just enough for a student. When we went visiting our son who stayed there three of us beside our son managed even though with a little difficulty to stay there. There was no objection from authorities regarding our stay there for about five days. Individual bathroom and lavatory for each room. Common kitchen, but very very spacious, with refrigerator, electric hob. Trendy dining table, cushion sofa seating in the kitchen. Very airy. Good view from 7th floor. Near to harbour.

Calm, Beautiful view of the boats/sea/harbour from the top floors and close to Sandbanks. Right next to Aldis and Sainsbury's, Cozy double beds, maintained well and probably more suitable for mature students who don't mind long bus rides to university and like a quieter environment.

I went with my son on his first day. The staff were very kind , enthusiastic and helpful. The rooms are well laid out, transport very close. There is a kitchen per flat with two fridge freezers. The kitchen has a comfortable sitting area. All in all it is a lovely place. Aldi and Sainsbury's is a stone throw from the halls.

Modern and big students house with floors divided into separate areas with few rooms and one kitchen. Bedrooms are cosy with en suite baths. To enter the building or room areas you need a card or someone who will let you in. The only real downside is awful smell from recycling bins located downstairs.
