Having owned my Synch SuperMonkey for almost 6 months now I can confirm they are incredible. I love it!! As with a lot of things, there are cheaper versions from the other side of the globe, but as also in most cases, the quality is lacking. One of the beauties, in my eyes with Synch, is that each and every bike is assembled by hand, by the same small team that started the business. Therefore the same quality, the same attention to detail, is evident from their very first bike, to one that will roll out of the Dorset-based workshop tomorrow. From the first contact made, to after delivery, their communication and professionalism has been perfect. I've asked some seemingly silly questions but they have all been answered without fail. I am so glad to be part of the community of owners.

I've purchased two bikes from Synch over the last year and couldn't be happier with them! They are so unique and offer a riding experience that I just couldn't find elsewhere. I must also add that the sales staff (Matt & Chris) were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond their call of duty to ensure I was kept 'in the know' from the build process to delivery. I haven't had any need for repairs or an aftersales service from Synch regarding either of my bikes, but I have had queries for them numerous times since which they've always been happy to help with. Overall I'm really impressed with my Super Monkey's and couldn't be happier with the service received. Top work!

Have just purchased and received a Synch Super Monkey in a custom metallic Cobalt Blue. Superb communication and service. And the bike is a gem. Absolutely love it. My cycling days had been non-existent recently, but with the Synch I get out and do 30 miles effortlessly. And with a whole load of fun. I should have bought one years ago.
