We've recently completed on a purchase made through Josh at Tailor Made. The whole thing went through very smoothly and on schedule. Josh was thoroughly responsive, friendly and professional throughout. Any queries were dealt with really promptly, and I felt that Josh went above and beyond in terms of giving us helpful bits of information, and finding things out for us. Nothing was ever a problem. We recently bought through Tailor Made and our point of contact was Josh Hamilton-Fletcher. He was hands down the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. His professionalism, his attention to detail and courteous manner were outstanding. We cannot recommend him enough. As the purchasers, Josh was not 'our' agent but at no stage did he make us feel that we were not also his client. His goal is to achieve a successful sale at the best price for his client but he always treated us with the utmost professionalism and care throughout. He is exceptionally bright, dedicated and charismatic. If and when we choose to sell our property - we would be using him.
