Customerservice is the worst i've ever seen. Called, a woman named Theresa picked up the phone. I was trying to explain im a Lorry driver from Holland. I was at a truck parking place in Poole, and wanted my food to be delivered at the truck. The women kept asking me for a postal code. I obviously dont have one when i'm at a TRUCK PARKING LOT. I tried to explain how to find me, but she didnt want to listen. Finally we got the agreement that the driver would call me for an exact location. I asked her is it possible to pay with bank card, she said yes. The driver came and told me i couldnt pay with card. He called theresa and she just told him to drive away so i wouldnt have had any food. I asked if i could transfer the money, she didnt know how it worked. Finally to at least be able to eat i offered to go to an atm, i had to walk for 15 minutes while the driver waited for me. This has cost me another 10 euro's because of atm fee. Long story short, a 15 minute walk, 10 euro's extra and COLD food because i had to walk thanks to a not listening employee. (Boss?) Food was ok. If theresa is an employee, she is a rude women not willing to listen to the story of a paying customer. No customer service at all, she would have just let me sit in my truck without anything to eat because SHE couldnt listen to the question if it was possible to pay with a bank card from another country. In my opinion she should be fired immediatly. If she is the boss, go back to school, learn how to run a business and threat your customers in a good way. I can gaurantee because of her attitude, this company will never get a call from me, my collegues or my friends on the road again. For the driver, i would give him a 5 star review. He was friendly, trying to solve the situation theresa has put us in, and very helpfull. This man is the best thing i've seen from your company.

Tried to order today 14th Nov, constantly got engaged tone, tried for over 45mins. Ordering online is not easy either as soon as you put your address in you get a URL, which didn’t make any sense whatsoever. In the end we went elsewhere.

Amazing tasty food, piping hot when delivered. Delivery was a bit of a wait but that's excuseable with how busy they are. We'll worth the wait, highly recommended

Ordered online at 5.20pm phoned 50 mins later they said would be here shortly waited another 30 minutes phoned again was told order not started yet and didnt know where delivery driver was told them to cancel order absolutely shocking would not use again
