I ordered the Triple Tower fletching jig and when it arrived I thought one of the arms was missing, so I contacted The Archery Shop to let them know and they promptly arranged to order a replacement for me. A day later I actually discovered the arm had fallen out of the package as I opened it and had worked its way underneath a kitchen appliance, which made me feel a bit sheepish as I had carefully looked all around the area I opened the jig in and didn't see it. Anyway, I informed customer service that I had found the arm and apologised for the inconvenience, and they were absolutely fine about it. The customer service was second to none and refreshing in this day and age. I would be confident to purchase from them again based upon the service I received.

I had a great day at The Archery Shop today. I tried out a full range of 6 different verifier lenses throughout the course of the morning. This has made an incredible difference to the visualisation of my pin and cross hairs that had gradually disappeared over time as my eyesight has changed. Great work from Mike Healy for tee'ing this up. A Great Day Out !!!!
