Came to drop my daughter who has high anxiety here two weeks ago for a physio appointment. Parking is marked for Consultants only so on our first visit called the Centre who kindly said it was ok to park and wait. I saw no other vehicles come to the five spaces during my stay. This time a lady from the Centre came and told me I couldn't park there. I explained but she became increasingly insistent saying I had a big car and may reverse over a pedestrian? My daughter was becoming anxious . On returning home I called the Centre to voice my concerns for as the centre rents rooms to some mental health therapists I didnt want a client to experience the 'welcome ' we had. The lady who answered the phone was the same lady who assured me that she held the highest position in the centre with no one above her to speak to. She said there was no allowance to drop someone there unless you had a blue badge and parking was available across the very busy road in Tesco-where actually you can only legally park if you shop in Tesco.On arrival today I found a traffic cone strategically placed next to her car in the space I had parked previously. I didn't wait there for fear of further confrontation. I guess in today's climate of stress and anxiety a little kindness, understanding and less of a jobsworth welcome goes a long way.Just to make you aware should you need to visit the Centre.
Really clean and convenient. Staff are really attentive and happy to help. Used numerous rooms in the past, best facility I’ve found.

The Consulting Centre has been a fantastic place to work from. The building itself is lovely and creates the right impression immediately. Rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and good facilities. Most importantly, Matt the centre manager is always very efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate recommending the Consulting Centre to consultants and their customers.

Parking a nightmare no spaces for visitors no disabled bay. No indication that you can't park until you've actually pulled in from a very busy road. Inside the building a sign saying if you have a blue badge you can park but only if you are the holder of said badge. No reception service so you just have to hope the person you're seeing is acruelly there. Poor service for the disabled.
