Cannot recommend Lynne enough! I've been taking my standard poodle girl to The Gentle Touch ever since she was a puppy. One to one bespoke grooming done, and Lynne caters for the dog, so will introduce things gradually to worried dogs and no dog is put in a cage. Lynne has always listened to my requirements and given input where she deems appropriate for the welfare of the dog and the ease of aftercare grooming for me. My poodle has been in lamb trim, lion trim and cut short; each style has been brilliant and shows that Lynne is confident and an expert in her field of work.
We have a Cockapoo that has always had a long natural coat, our last visit with a groomer in Southbourne was devastating. Our beautiful girl looked like she had been hacked We needed to do something as it was so upsetting to look at her. Luckily we were recommended Lynne and instantly from the first communication I knew we had found a great lady. I took Peaches along to Lynne who was so understanding, making us both feel at ease. When Lynne brought Peaches out to me I cried with how beautiful she looked again, a new look but stunning . I can't thank Lynne enough for how happy she made me feel and Peaches to trot along again with her tail up as she knew she looked and smelt great,!! I would recommend Lynne 100% in everyway. Peaches is already booked for her next appointment ️️
My 2 Bichon Frises are very nervous with dog groomers but they were fine with Lynn. Such a lovely, friendly and warm person. The doggies cut was excellent, they were very soft and smelt wonderful even the next day. Lyn gave us helpful advice on skin products for my delicate pooches. Very impressed and will highly recommend
New to this groomer as there seems to be lack of availability at short notice with some I found this groomer very accommodating as I was a new client I am happy to say that with out question I will return for further visits
