I had never ridden a big bike before especially with gears. Hence I was nervous and a little confused. The instructor insulted me to the other students and made fun of me to the other students he was teaching at the same time. During the first day I dropped my bike and they did not have another bike to replace it. I cracked an indicator plastic. For the second day I was told not to come back. I requested to take part in another course and was informed it would be an extra 250 for the test day. I requested a refund and was told to F*** off. My legal insurance paid out the cost of the course rather than go through the small claims court for the refund. I have since gained my full motor bike licence and have not dropped a bike or had an accident in 5 years. Revenge is best served cold.

They are rude, unprofessional. The moment they got your money - that's it. They stop caring about their customers and pupils. I have used them two years ago for the first time, and the service that I had received at that time was disgraceful. There is an old women called Edwina who does not have a clue about anything. I do wonder why does she still work there? She must be a relative to the owner as no one would ever do this to their business by giving the employment to someone like her - who sits all day and does nothing, apart from speaking on the phone, dead easy job! I have went to them again to do another licence two months ago because at that time I have not seen/heard of any other driving school in Bmth and Poole area to do LGV licence. Edwina has not changed or improved even in a tiny little bit! If she says that she will call you or send an email - don't believe her, she won't. One of the instructors called Robert said to me on the first day on my training that the foreigners came to UK and take away the jobs, but he also told me the next day that 20 years ago he adopted a child from Romania. You would expect that someone who has adopted a foreign child would have some kind of sympathy to foreigners, wouldn't you? If you however decided to do your licence with them, ask to speak with Clare, she would be much better than Edwina. But if I were you, I would AVOID them. There are actually other schools in the area (I just used another one), where you will be treated with not only a respect but also appreciation that you came and used them instead of bigger school like TLC which thinks that they have a monopole for everything.
An overly priced teaching school for crash courses in driving 650 and motorcycle basic trainers. As there one of few in the area they feel they have a right to overcharge
Very unprofessional doesn t like foreigner...... school just for UK citizens .... manager Paul is rude & cynical large groups for DSA.... you see a bike ... just see .... advice - please avoid and go ANYwhere else !!!
