Been going here for a almost a year now (minus the lockdown period when it was shut) and I love it. such friendly attentive staff and always a relaxed feel in the centre. The walls are great for climbing, with different coloured routes for different difficulties and they regularly change the routes every few weeks to keep it interesting.

Service is quite friendly, aren't any informations boards about the difficulty codes also no tapes that tell you where to start and where it ends, also the forms take too long cause of the video, dont think its necessary for experienced climbers. But great shop for tools and gear

I went to the parkour project and it's really good. The staff are knowledgeable and engaging. They cater for all levels of experience. The space they've created is incredible! Would recommend you try the parkour project!

If it's your first time you have to fill out a long health and safety form and video however, it's worth doing as inside is great. Taking my 4 year old he loved it, the staff were very friendly and understanding we hired shoes and went in. It can be busy but everyone is polite, If local I would go regularly as it's a great way to spend some time and there is a view platform with a cafe for people who just want to come and watch
