Hi Liz, I just wanted to say thanks for your help in getting Kevin to come round and look at the problems we had in the flat. It really felt like he took the issues seriously, and he has made some suggestions on how to rectify the issues and is working on sorting those out. Really pleased to have found Whitelocks. We had a lot of issues renting privately and through certain letting agents but Whitelocks have gone above and beyond to help us. Whenever there has been something in need of servicing/ fixing they have attended so quickly and repaired. They have helped me and my family settle and helped find us a nice home, somewhere I am happy for my babies to grow up. It's nice to have the modern feel in our home, having lived in some very old properties. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highly recommend and have recommended them to all my friends and family should they ever require some assistance. Friendly and helpful staff!! Very happy to be renting through such a good company.
