Terry responded very quickly, came same day with the house, established we had rats in attic and he provided clear information on how he could deal with them. He revisited property on more than one occasion and end result was no more rats. Thanks for professional and prompt service. We can how get back to sleeping again!

I contacted Terry when we suspected we had rats in our house cavity. I chose him because of his outstanding reviews and we were not disappointed. On the first phone call he described what he would do, and why. We knew the cost up front. It included a thorough inspection of the entire property on the first visit, including drains, installing traps and bait boxes as appropriate, and two follow up visits. Despite having a full diary, he made the first appointment to come within 24 hours on Christmas Eve. Terry is a really nice bloke. He always came on time, and when he needed to inspect inside the house he was very Covid-aware with mask and minimising time inside. He went the extra mile replacing a seal for us, and had lots of clear advice on what else we should do, and why, to rat-proof the property and deter them from coming back. We have had all three visits now and not only are we completely satisfied the problem is dealt with, we are confident we understand how to prevent problems in future. I would whole-heartedly recommend TP Pest control. Thank you very much Terry.

Terry, and his assistant Max, provide a very thorough and professional service. Terry came to our house promptly to investigate nocturnal movement in/around our roof space. After a thorough survey of our property, including sewers and drainage pipes, did not find evidence of rats and was able to deduce the culprit had not entered the house, a deduction later backed up with surveillance cameras and traps and monitors of various forms in our roof space. Terry's experience told him the likely offender was a young squirrel looking for somewhere new to live and was simply testing the integrity of our building. Terry gave us peace of mind and for good measure evicted some mice that had set up home under our terrace - swiftly dispatched by Max...what a good boy!
