I had 6 session of laser hair removal and the results are not visible at all!!! I had laser done in the past with excellent effect. The girls working there are really polite but keep telling me that the machine (Ice soprano) was at the highest level possible and I was not felling anything at all. I definitely not recommend the company as I believe that they do not set up the laser at the right level for your skin type in order to sell you more sessions. Really disappointed as I have paid 600 with no results.
My wife paid for six treatments but the clinic keep cancelling appointments and are impossible to get hold of and do not reply to messages or emails. Despite contavted head office we have still still had no response from the clinic. We will go there in person.I wound strongly urge you not to pay in advance as cancelling appointments and being impossible to contact seems s recurring theme in the feedback for this clinic.
Well... I turned up for a session today and the salon is shut. Forever. I looked inside it and its empty. No reply over the phone. They are gone. I paid 500 in advance for the treatment I will never get. :-( A bit shocking actually as I have known them for years and they seem a reliable company. I had a good service before. They texted me to confirm an appoinment yesterday but the name was not VG medispa. It looked strange but anyway-they are gone I think. Went online to found out that I am not alone!!! How many other people lost their money???

Every visit I have had has been of excellent service both at the shop front and from the customer center. Staff always treat you with a caring, personal attitude. The treatment and care given is excellent, professional and cannot be faulted. Highly recommended.
Had laser hair removal on bikini line and underarm And it was pretty pain free. The girls made me feel very welcome and at ease the whole time. Highly recommend them.
Another excellent trip to VGMedispa in Poole. I started with a single deal on laser removal for my legs and have just started a third new area. Results are amazing and Sian was brilliant, as ever. Can’t recommend her, Chloe and the team in Poole highly enough.
