Dirty and Disgusting - we paid surcharge for cleaning. Made owner aware there were over 30 cobwebs, 10 spiders, dirty linen. My daughter woken up with bites all over her face and back crying, kids refused to spend another night and we left early. Made owner aware, no reply or apology
