I had been prescribed some vari focals but had not got on with them. I didn't feel the distance prescription was of much value to me. At 62 years of age, I can still read a number plate at more than 100 metres. I returned them without quibble and bought a pair of sunglasses with a prescription lens for driving, because I find non prescription sun glasses do effect my distance vision. I know this is their policy, 60 days to return if you are not happy, but I did find it effortless, and the staff generally were really helpful throughout the process. Four stars, because although they offer a home delivery for 3.50, I had to take the glasses into the shop for adjustment, so not sure if that service is always worth having. I note an earlier poor review and I did have some issues, but at no point did I feel pressed to accept something I wasn't comfortable with. They even re did my eye test because I wasn't happy with the reading distance the new prescription gave me. This changed the prescription and gave me different glasses. In contrast, I have used Specsavers in the past and had no end of problems. I will never go back to them. My approach has always been that if I feel I am being sold glasses, instead of receiving eye care, then I will push back politely until I get what my hard earned money deserves, or go elsewhere. Overall, good experience.
