Very busy as my visit was just after Tier 4 announcement but store operating one in one out admissions again. Loo roll locusts have swooped again - only huge packs or expensive Aloe Vera rolls available.... Bit slow at checkout but probably only to be expected

Good shop, excellent location, parking, polite and helpful staff. Was surprised seeing a sign \Carry to car service\; should be very useful for those with mobility issues and elderly people. There is a lift from both levels of the underground parking to the stores and exit to the high-street on the other side.

Really great selection of everything and still not huge - so easy to do a quick shop. Fresh veg, bread, fish & meat. Great cheeses, salads, and good wine selection. Friendly staff easy access, just avoid peak hours and it's actually pleasant to shop even during lockdown.
Very helpful and friendly staff, have shopped he for some years now, have tried home delivery but had a few issues so shop instore now. In store cafe plus restrooms available. Pick your times as it can be extremely busy. Please remember the tea/coffees are still free but you must bring your own cup, to cut down on wastage.
