The hotel is clean and I like its style. The stairs to the rooms are a little steep, which is a problem when you have to bring up the luggage. I cannot judge the service received during my staying : due to Covid I was the only guest, so basic breakfast and fix menu for dinner. Anyway the food was good.

I've stayed in this hotel twice now and it is a lovely, clean, well managed hotel owned by a lady the rooms are set out with warmth and personality rather than just designed to make money and its situated in the middle of poperinge where they have a old style market on a Friday morning.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great staff. Center City. Short drive to St. Bernand and Westvelen

Hotel and checkin were absolutely fine and way above average. The real jewel here is the kitchen! The food and in particular the sauces were Michelin star level. Make the effort and seek this place out.

Always good service and good food. Nice terrace with a lookout on the main square.

I star for being there!!! Service diabolical. Prices high. Food not good. Ordered a steak medium/well done. Arrived raw/medium. The part cut off was missing. As were the chips. No apology. Same plate. Soup microwaved. Shell fish arrived frozen in a filthy van. Only 1 hour from an all day fish market in calais. Advice? Don't touch it with a barge pole. Go across the market square.

Wonderful boutique hotel in town centre. Great restaurant with excellent food & wine. If you're visiting the WW1 battlefields etc Poperinge is centrally located point and is a friendly, cheerful place with good restaurants, bars and shopping.
