Very professional. Good communication. Very quick service. Had a pothole tear up the front end of my van. Chris squeezed me in. Sent a quote to my insurance company and made sure my car was safe to drive home. Can't thank him enough. Happy New Year thank you so much for making an awful situation much more bearable.

Do not take you vehicle there to get repaired! I have had my 2004 Ford F150 there twice in a week. They refuse to fix the problems in the body shop. I will never bring anything to them ever again. They caused more damage than they fixed. The best in 40 years if this is the best in Southeast Missouri I would hate to see what the worst is. I identified the problems with them before and after visits . DO NOT GO THERE Dont aplogize for the poor customer service images speak a thousand words why did the repairs get worse when i brought it back Baldwin Ford made it worse both times i bought it back. then made fun of me when i tried to bring it back worst experience of my life

When I entered the service reception area, there were two people at computers working. Neither of them offered to help me. Eventually, one said, \Someone will be with you in a minute.\ A bit later, another person walked in. She never asked, \May I help you?\ I approached her, she still said nothing. So, I said, \I'm here for an oil change.\ I eventually was served. When I entered the showroom area, two people greeted me and asked me if they could help. The folks in the showroom area were polite and helpful.
